Patricia Anton


As President and Founder of Anton Consulting, Patricia Anton has over fifteen years of experience at helping clients improve the quality and profitability of their customer interactions. Before founding Anton Consulting three years ago, Patricia was the Senior Vice President of Client Relationship Management at Digitas in San Francisco, a boutique marketing consulting firm focused on customer loyalty and most widely known for creating the American Express Membership Rewards Program. Prior to joining Digitas, Patricia ran the Customer Relationship Management practice at two other consulting firms, iXL and Tessera. Her teams specialized in improving one-to-one customer relationships across multiple channels through the use of customer data and technology.

An acknowledged thought leader in Customer Relationship Management, Patricia collaborates with top-level executives at blue-chip companies and helps to set these clients apart from their competitors through the use of traditional and online customer relationship initiatives. Patricia has consulted with companies such as Time Warner, Microsoft, Williams-Sonoma, Bank of America, Virgin, Charles Schwab, Eddie Bauer, IBM, and Fidelity to name just a few.

Prior to becoming a consultant, she lived abroad for several years with Cigna International where she spearheaded a series of marketing successes in Mexico, Chile, and Canada resulting in her promotion to Vice President of Marketing for North and South America. Her early experience is rooted in retail and consumer products where she learned marketing fundamentals working for companies such as Colgate-Palmolive, May Company, and Glaxo.

Patricia holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in international business from the University of South Carolina, one of the most acclaimed schools for international business education.
